Project Name: IT EXPERTS

Project Vision: Improving the understanding of IT in a global way and create a beter infrastructure for IT

Current Situation:Lack of information and not well documented software design causes to stop or spend a lot of many on projects . Many companies suffer from not good organised projects. Izmir also has lots of small or medium size enterprises who are willing to become global and they are looking for different ways to bring their companies a global aspect.
If we analyze the condition of Turkey in global IT market. We provide reasonable work force but stil for many countries the quality of turkish it experts is not well known.

Purpose of the Project: Starting from September 2007 AIESEC İzmir is making a new step in IT sector.
We want to bring 5 trainees based on projects and company needs and create global working groups for our partner companies. The trainees will provide a knowledge of of the target market for our partner company . Especially for companies who re planning to create software interfaces for foreigner customers, interns from the same country will be rather benificial.
We want to send 5 qualified IT interns to foreign companies to increase the popularity of turkish IT expertation
We want to build learning Networks with a global sense to make our partners and interns share their knowledge on IT.
We want to take participation in different IT fairs and seminars to increase the popularity of AIESEC in IT world .
We want to create good business relations between Turkey and other countries
We want to be the second hand of IT companies who want to reach young people with potential
We want to increase the IT knowledge of recent enginering students and AIESEC members

Participants :
5 Interns from Turkey with good english and field of area skills.
5 interns from abroad fitting the partner company requirements
2 or more TN’s working for a global Project in Izmir .
3 or more TN’s looking for IT experts and willing to do businees with Turkey
